Succulent strawberries and mission figs slow infused and blended in our creamy strawberry fig reduction. We start with six year aged 100% balsamic vinegar from Modena Italy, and infuse it with fresh fruits and herbs. Nonna Pia's balsamic reduction is thickened through the slow and caring reduction process and not with starches or gums. The balsamic reductions are produced, bottled, and packaged in Whistler, British Columbia.
