Shipping Rates:
- Orders placed by 5 pm PST ship the next business day. All orders leave our store packed in the best method possible to protect your purchase. We ship with insurance on every order to Canada. We ship via Canada Post and use their estimated delivery time for Expedited service to Canada, and Small Packet service to the USA. - If you'd like to have us ship items to more than one address, just submit a separate order for each address.
Returns: - Should you receive your item(s) damaged, contact us at 1-877-562-4747 and we will file a claim with Canada Post on your behalf. We will re-ship your same item if available, or issue a refund for the purchase price plus shipping, if not available. - You may return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt. We accept returns for item(s) that arrive to us undamaged, in their original condition and packaging. We will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item(s) back onto the pay method originally provided. We do not refund shipping costs. Your name, residence address and phone number will be required. That information is collected, used and retained to help prevent fraud, and may only be disclosed within J.J. Springer & Company. - We will gladly refund your shipping costs for an item if you are returning it because of an error on our part, or we have determined that the product is defective.
